A series of 7 blood glucose and ketone monitoring advice leaflets, each tailored to different treatment regimens and providing patients with clear advice about the ‘whys’ and ‘whens’ of blood glucose monitoring. The leaflets were developed to help patients monitor their blood glucose appropriately and to use these measurements to improve self-care.		Download the leaflets here

See the results of a study into a patients' evaluation of SMBG information leaflets in this poster. Evaluation of educational materials from patients' perspectives is essential if we are to acknowledge, and respond seriously to, the health consumer. The poster is available to download here
Blood Glucose Monitoring Diary - New Design
As a follow on from the DMF leaflets, we are pleased to offer a new diary page. The idea of the diary's new layout is to help people become more familiar with the reasons for testing blood glucose.
